buildings does not load

when I move to a place, sometimes the buildings or the high quality textuures and polygons are not load and they are seen asi they where far away, an sometimes cars falls into the water when they are crossing a bridge correctly. how can I solve this?

it also happened to me with the gta III

As with every other time it's asked, the game isn't getting the data it requires fast enough. Why would depend on your platform. On console, it will have to do with your disc whereas on a PC, it would have to do with your hard drive. The troubleshooting forum has a pinned topic explaining what you need to post to get the best help. Of course making sure a thread doesn't already answer your question is faster for you.
