Sorry, my brother has fraps, and his PC is ultra mahoosively fast but it still slightly slows down. When I recorded call of duty, it goes down to like 3 frames per second. Which isn't good. And we are waiting for Simon to judge Waffle's modded races. If it were up to me I'd accept what's been submitted and say all future races can't be on a modded version of the game. We'll see what the committee decides. Spread the word to people that might be interested in racing! We always want more more more competitors. Killer_Waffle Posted September 15, 2005 Share Posted September 15, 2005 thx mxyz, that was a tough one to complete...to try to get with the car in one piece to the finish is as good as impossible..had to rerecord quite a few times, but managed a not too bad run in the end...if you look closely you'll see some serious poppin-in along the way, i guess i was going too fast the drums got me started and once you enter the newer SF, i thought something else was required musicwise...so went for manson, thought it fitted it well...was a good laugh that race Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If possible I would like all race videos from now on to be submitted on unmodded games. Waffle knows his modded cars make his submissions unofficial; as he said, more like placeholders until more competitors show up. When there are debates over an official placing in a race later on, the validity of the entry will be judged by the 3 race moderators and any outside parties we might confide in.... He done it in 5:20 I dunno how the frag he done that without getting lost. it's a rather easy route to follow, i think on the whole course you only take one left, all the rest is to the right...just pick out your reference points, study the course, run it with radar on once & then take a few practice runs... gotta admit that the increased draw distance on pc does help at times, but gives severe popups at moments...so it's good & bad ... gonna try to get a better time then that, gotta turn it up a notch and pump bumper, to answer your question...my races are just there for fun... i know that the modded cars make the races iffy, and yes, they're also modded for speed, but that's every car in the game (speedmod), but if you look at the different races, you'll see i pick a slower car then most, giving slower times too...and i leave the crazy traffic to it's fullest, making it a little more difficult, hehe... *edit*: the modded cars are just showing off basicly Edited September 15, 2005 by Killer_Waffle Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Well slow PC don't worrying about fancying up the races then. There's a sanchez in Hunter Quarry, not too far away.... I think there's a fastest bike that eligible, you'll see on my attempt! See Myxz I am online . I'm having problems with video capture though, so it may be a while before I race. I've tried using several programs, if only FRAPS would work magically again.
