Ben Fleming
Woo... I found an easter egg... In SA there was a drink, Munky Juice ("Freshly Squeezed Taste of Parasites!") whose art showed a monkey grabbing the others' balls. In this image below, on the right side of the screen, you can make out the same image. click here Yay for me.

Ben Fleming
cool find there ben Thanks! That is my first EE find for any GTA. Though all the others will probably be found, without any help from me, since I've yet to get a PSP, let alone LCS
Kippers
Finally. Now that have the game i can look around to find some easter eggs and secrets. I found a few almost as soon as the game started, correct me if i'm wrong on an of these. I don't think any of these are spoilers. Easter eggs first. When Toni gets out of the bus and walks up to the pay phone in the beginning cutscene up till when he gets into the cab the music playing is a slightly remixed version of the music used for the intro to the gta3 official website. I can't remember if the music was used anywhere in gta3 itself but if it is please say. In the street directly behind your Portland safehouse there is a billboard advertising Madd doggs newest album. Also in the beginning cutscene, Toni's suitcase is the same brown with R* logo one that was used in San Andreas multiple times. On Head Radio the presenter (Michael Hunt) talks about meeting the 'Gurning Chimps' a British rock group mentioned in the SA introduction CD. He also talks about Maccer throwing up all over him. one of the side missions in LCS has you racing along the El train through checkpoints on a sanchez against 2 other opponents, this side mission is called 'The Wrong side of the tracks' which is also the name a missions given by Big Smoke near the start of San Andreas. While Liberty City is 'The worst place in America. Again' Los Santos is 'The city where you were most likely to get eaten by a wild animal'. Source: Front page of instruction manual Secrets A.R.S.E - American Road Safety for Everybody. This new protest group is also trying to ban the use of motorcycles in Liberty City. They claim that 'motorcycles cause more deaths per year than old age' Source: GTA: LCS instruction manual Again, correct me if i'm wrong with any of my information coz i can't check some of these for myself because my PS2 wont work in America. I'll update the list with this and anything else that gets found when i get some more time. Don't forget you can post with your own findings as well and i'll credit you for your efforts. EDIT: Lol, good find there Ice, where abouts in Lc is that Billboard? Good find as well Ben Edited October 27, 2005 by kippers 習うより慣れろ

~Neon~
I dont have the game but it reminds me of the twisting roads that lead up to where the Cartel mansion is in Shoreside. Yeah, it must be because of all the rocks in the back ground.

-Phoenix-
When maxing out your ammo, you cannot go higher than a maximum of 9999 (only tested with handgun), so for a handgun, you'll have 9982 total ammo & 17 ammo in my handgun when reached maximum. Cermo
Anyone notice that the names of the people you kill (not EVERYONE you kill, but characters like Vincenzio and J.D. O'Toole) appear on the headstones at the cemetary on Staunton Island? Not the small one nestled north of the church, that remains unchanged, but the "new" one south of the church. Also, I don't know if this is more easily revealed later on (I'm only about 70% through the staunton island missions), but if anyone was wondering if they got lazy and left that asian-decor'd terrace on top of the casino where you heard Kenji's missions in GTA3, they didn't. It's blank roof and not solid. Edited October 30, 2005 by Cermo
Kippers
@Cermo, Yeah i just checked that out pretty neat. I have another batch of easter eggs which again i will update along with the last load when i get enough free time. In the cutscene to the mission 'Biker heat' there's a poster on the wall above Maria's bed advertizing Love Fist There's a billboard in Belleville park (Staunton) for Candy Suxx's new movie 'Let me bounce' Mickey, Luigi's bodyguard in gta3 makes a return in one or 2 missions such as 'A made man' Maria refers to Toni on the phone as 'Fido' the same way she did yo Claude back in gta3 Maria, Ma Cipriani and Salvatore (to name a few) keep pressuring Toni that he's too skinny and that he needs to eat more. Which explains why he becomes so fat in such a short amount of time between 1998 and 2001 in the mission 'Crazy '69'' You're sent out to the park to go on a killing spree with a katana after beating the mission you get given a new outfit which looks the same as the one in Kill Bill. Thanks to Negro Pleez. for that one. 習うより慣れろ

*MURDOC*
I was just wondering if you guys have had any unknown passengers in your game? For some reason, every once in awhile, some random ped will get in my car. At first i thought i was going to be hijacked, but then they just sit there for awhile. Its really strange, like one time i went to pick up a hooker (which by the way never seem to make the car hop or anything) and as she gets in my car, some dude hops in the front seat. So i drive a few blocks down the street, and then all of the sudden, he just gets out. It was like he was hitch-hiking. The same thing happened while waiting for a ferry. Some guy hops in my car and sits there. Then when i take the ferry back to portland, he gets out and walks away. Ive never seen that before in a gta. (ps. Im glad to see the grudge-holding motorists who try to run your ass down are back once again!)
Mxyzptlk
in the mission 'Crazy '69'' You're sent out to the park to go on a killing spree with a katana after beating the mission you get given a new outfit which looks the same as the one in Kill Bill. Thanks to Negro Pleez. for that one. The yellow jumpsuit from Kill Bill is based on Bruce Lee's yellow jumpsuit from Game of Death... but Rockstar appear to be referencing Kill Bill since it involves a katana massacre. And the mission name Crazy 69 is similar to the gang Crazy 88s.
Kippers
the rest of Leon mcaffrey/Ray's missions also refer to something 1: Sayonara Sindaccos - ? 2: The whole 9 Yardie - The whole 9 Yards (i guess) 3: Crazy '69' - Crazy 88s 4: Night of the livid dreads - Night of the living dead 習うより慣れろ
Ben Fleming
Sayonara Sindacco's could be referring Sayonara Salvatore, from GTA3. Just a guess, though.

Ben Fleming
Well, lets see, shall we? It contains Vincenzo's name, and you obviously know that you end up killing Vincenzo, so that's why his name is on the tombstone. Some people that you kill end up on the tombstones. But thanks for wrecking it for those of us who didn't know.

He jacked a truck and several people ran up. One guy reached the passenger door and I thought he was going to take back the truck but he just sat there. It was odd. Also, for thr hookers, you need to go to a secluded area usually.
