Conflict: Desert Storm

Hi all,

 

This may be my ever first non GTA topic about video games but I crave playing Conflict Desert Storm. The game has been around abit now but its still fun to play and I like using the British SAS even though I am japanese . So I was wondering which team on the game is mostly used or preffered. Please tell me which team you like to use the best if you have the game kudasai.

I bought this game when it originally came out. Loved it, took about 2 weeks to complete in Co-Op. Was brilliant. Damn those tanks though, they were horrible at times.

 

I haven't played any of the other two in the conflict series.

I really loved the PS2 version playing 2 player mode, Was great for me and a mate to kick ass through the game. The tanks were hard, but with a bit of C4 they soon came to a stop.

 

Is there a new one out with online play yet?

I like taking out the T62's with the LAW66 rocket launcher. I these were used in Russia originally but they used to annoy me because no matter how many rockets I fired at them - they always survived them. But I found out that they are not kamakaze proof because I used Jones to place a C4 charge at the side of the tank and kaboom. I lost jones in the progress but I used John Bradley to revive him. I like Jones and Mick Connors because they move fast and they both are hard B*****d's too. I also found out the hard way that you can kill a T62 with one LAW66 by aiming the crosshair at the gap between the tank body and turret. Line it up perfectly because if you miss or hit the armoured part of the tank. The tank will know that you are there and will return fire to you killing you instantly . Also I am not sure why someone rated my topic as 45% because I don't think that game is that bad - well I still enjoy it anyway . But each to their own opinion's I guess.
