In order to replace cars in console versions you need

a modded Xbox

DVD-R (or not if your running SA off the hard drive)

Knowledge

You have to replace the textures yourself from the San Andreas disk, burn a new .ISO of it, record it, and pray that it starts up correcty. Thats why modding is easier on PC

i think hes talking about the trick where u put a car to spawn in your garage and the one already in your garage is all fixed up. So when the spawned car appears it is fixed up like the old one.?? because i need codes for the ar too, why doesnt anybody here help us?? is there something wrong with the ar on xbox?

I believe the only way you can edit memory on the Xbox is using a devkit and pushing changes over the network. There's the option of using code injected at runtime, but again, you need a modded Xbox to do this.

The Xbox is a closed system without modding/exploitation/code signing. Unless you can do one of those three things, you're not going to be able to edit the memory.
