How do you enter cheats?

Were do you enter them? Some games you enter them on game play,others you need pause the game,then enter them.

So Were do I enter them at?

Also is there a time limit for entering them? or is it just you enter them at your own pace.

Just enter them while in gameplay, no time limit. Enter the same code or opposite to turn a cheat off. NOTE: "peds riot" cannot be disabled, never enter it unless you turn off the power without saving afterwards.

Yup, if you do it while the games unpaused CJ will move and jump around.
