Your keyboard and mouse. That's one of the advantages to having it on PC.

That's a limitation of your keyboard, not the game. You need analogue buttons.

The slow down cheat only works if you use it first. If your frame limiter is on though, the game should run smooth and evenly.

Type them in. It's easiest if you pause the game and type them in while it's paused.

If your not the keyboard mouse type I suggest the Logitech dual action controller it looks just like the PS2's pad and its got a comfortable familiar grip. The only drawback on most PC controllers like this is that the D-pad is crappy I cant find one with just four single buttons. They always have this one great big button that you pretend is a D-pad.

If you want full analogue control, then buy the PS2 and the game. Or buy the PS2 controller and plug in to your PC (using a converter) + hope there is a mod to enable full analogue. I know it exists for SA, but I don't know about III. That's as far as you can go.

You should use a PS2 contoller for the PS2 and the keyboard for the PC. (I personaly like the keyboard better, guess I got used to it) But, you could plug in a controller if you had something do hook it to like some converter.
