GTA3Freak-2001
Its supposed to do that because there's extra strain on your PC because its trying to capture the game footage.

ajkhan316`
Well first off make sure that is no unnecesarry programs running in the background. And maybe by increasing the memory of your computer. - FiJiAn 4 LiFe
GTA3Freak-2001
Well turning down the resolution would help, if you've got the free version of FRAPs then it will only capture 800x600 video so if you've got it set at 1024x768 then it will only capture one corner of the screen. fuckindumass
I've seen some pretty smooth hi res vid caps...are people using a second pc to capture or they just got a hella pc? I get ok results, but it's better when I use vcr to tape and then capture from there.
