i have finished the fish in a barral mission i have got the keycard and finished everyother mission possible but am not getting a call im suposed to! need help plz

You probably need to finish flight school or other missions at the airstrip... Then check for mission markers at Caligulas or inside Four Dragons.

i'm not sure but have you done the airstrip missions there on the map as an X thing, alot of people don't realise there missions, when there done you should get a phone call

Finished all the quarry missions? Looked inside Caligulas and Four Dragons for red markers?
