SWEETSAPRIK
I don't think this is needed, or even a good idea. But what the hell. I thought it was more like: Newb = New person who hasn't yet learned the ropes. Noob/boon = Person who's been around long enough to know better, but is still too much of a f*cktard to act correctly. That's what I thought anyway. PяopagaиdaIиc.

meth.
Don't think this is necessary or that anyone will actually read it that could learn from it but I guess it wouldn't hurt to be added to one of them pinned newb topics.

SWEETSAPRIK
IMHO - The H could mean honest, I always thought it meant humble. AFAIK - As far as I know BTW - By the way At the slow rate with which this is progressing, may I suggest searching the web for some of the many, many pages that explain some of these. A few. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leet_speak A few. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_slang A bunch. http://www.answers.com/topic/internet-slang There was a much better one on Wikipedia that someone made a topic about a while back, but I think it's been streamlined since I can't find it. GodGell
newb and noob are the same. newbie -> newb -> noob. it's something to do with americans pronouncing "newbie" as "noobie".
Svip
newb and noob are the same. newbie -> newb -> noob. it's something to do with americans pronouncing "newbie" as "noobie". Actaully, you're wrong. noob is considered a person who just doesn't know how to behave. While newbie is simply a person new to a place, s/he doesn't need to be a complete moron, but could in fact be a very well member.

Come on mate thats not really necessery.- ѕ.а.м I don't even know what I did that was so wrong. I just pointed out the fact that you make an awful lot of "guides" which aren't very good (I'm allowed to have an opinion, right?), and it would seem to be the reason for you to bear the "karma whore" icon. Am I wrong? Sorry if I came off like a prick, or something.

GT-1
My opinion, but I wouldn't like to think that we were encouraging people to use the episode 1 (basic slang) words around the forums.

Technical Difficulty
Is it really needed? I mean, I've known all the slang words for long time, it wouldn't take long for n00bs to catch on.

Barguast
Is it really needed? I mean, I've known all the slang words for long time, it wouldn't take long for n00bs to catch on. Well n00bs do seem to be the main users. If he added some of the more common typos (teh, liek, etc.) then this could be doubled as an English > n00b > English translator.
