Reuniting the Families - BIG WTF

So, here's the problem: When I come to that cutscene where CJ and Sweet are getting into the car after escapeing from the hotel, it goes until you see the car drive towards the camera and when it almost goes off the screen.

suddenly there's a change to CJ standing outside the car in front of all the police guys and it says: Mission failed - you wrecked the car'

 

first of all a really annoying glitch and secondly my biggest WTF moment ever.

 

oh, almost forgot to post my system specs:

 

AMD Athlon XP 2500+

ATI Radeon 9500/9700 Series (128MB)

Win2k

1024 MB RAM

Maybe you have the frame limiter to OFF. Put it to ON.
