Best place to do firefighter missions?

I've reached the final mission of the game and everything goes smoothly till I kill Big Smoke. While trying to get out of the building, the fire is a major problem because I haven't done the firefighter mission yet. I can't do it in Los Santos because there are riots all over. Where should I attempt the mission?

Try it on Mullholland's speedway, or in Blueberry region.

There are also 2 other citys with fire trucks I believe, you should be able to do it there.

Or just drive the firetruck to either SF or LV and then start the mission

Take the truck next to your garage in SF and drive up to Angel Pine near Mt Chilliad.

It's as easy there as the ambulance missions are, did it on first try.Just trigger it in the middle of the village and you have all fires close enough around the village to do it nice and easy.

I like LV for that mission because of the freeways and wide boulevards don't try in LS ! its tough there. Watch out for the cops when you have a wanted star they'll nab you when you're stationary putting out the fires.

I didn't try it there but I don't think firefighter works the same way as paramedic- in paramedic, in angel pine-- the game generates them in the same places and on ped paths.

 

I'm relatively certain that firefighter randomizes locations irregardless of pedestrian paths so it should generate them out of the town and won't put them that close to you--- I didn't do it there so this is just speculations-- kudos if it works-- can anybody else confirm this??? Might try it next time...

 

I did it in the country south of SF-- I had to chase them around over fairly large distance-- Blueberry/Whetstone and adjacent areas.... wasn't too bad.

I did them in Angel Pine. The Villages in the countryside are the easiest for any side-mission imo. Try them out.

I think firefighter is easier on any straight stretch of road, Carver Bridge is not too bad or the highway just off the country club in SF. Only thing there though, watch out for that tunnel, it can get congested with traffic there!
