Gang territory

there is a really small ballas territory in Jefferson, wich is 1 block large.... and i don't know how to get it, because i can't find any gang members in the area, and there aren't driving any in the cars too... i know there are ballas suppposed to be spawning at the railroad tracks, but they don't spawn there anymore.

 

does anyone know how to solve this problem ?

You just have to go back and forth and you will find some gang members. Be sure you kill them in their own territory or it wont count. It may take a bit of time before they spawn there though. you have to be patient.

i've gone back and forth for 1000 times now ... only found 1 member in a car so far... which is not enough to start a war :S

Get a Sniper Rifle, make sure you're well inside of the territory and pick the Ballas off from a distance

the problem is that there aren't any ballas ...

There must be, try going around the block and come back. Also make sure you're displaying your colours - wearing Green. Sometimes dragging a Balla out of a car and killing him will spawn others. Hust make sure you run back to the territory to kill the 3rd Balla.

If that is the territory around the hotel-- it took me a while to get them to spawn too-- just keep circling the hotel-- and kill while you are on the sidewalk-- doesn't matter where they are standing, you have to be in the territory though.

 

I also had a problem with the new waves spawning up the road to the east up on top of the bridge and getting stuck up there-- they would come to me-- I had to drive up the road and kill them-- if you aren't fast enough-- you lose the war.
