Myst V End Of Ages

I was there 11 years ago when Myst first hit the shelves and i've been a diehard fan ever since. Owning Myst, Riven, Exile, Revelation, Uru, Path of the Shell, and To D'ni. Along with all 3 novels.

 

Now after 11 years when the saga finally comes to a close it's almost hard to belive that it's finally coming to an end.

I remember playing Myst 1 on the Sega Saturn back in '96. But I was six, and I didn't know how to play. Or was it was my brother that was playing Myst 1...

 

...it was probably the latter. I swear I also remember a forest of some kind, then a desert. It was cool, though...

I'm sure Myst V is great, but ...

 

I remember seeing Myst (I - probably) many many years ago and thinking it looked great (which it did at the time) - yet I found the game confusing b/c there wasn't anything "to do" ... but many many years later I am pulled back to Myst ... the reason is that I'm stuck in a basement with only a laptop, but the disk drive is broken, so all I can do is cry for help on GTAF (but noone comes to my rescue ...) so, I decided to "download" a game. Yet because I'm broke and my broken laptop is old, the list of games to choose from was slim.

 

Thus I chose URU: Beyond the age of Myst. I hope it does not totally suck, and I hope that I can understand what to do and where to go now that I'm an old man. Has anyone played this game? Can u send me a link to helpful site or guides or cheats?
