GTA_gangstar
how do you edit the wind speed or the weather
Lethal.Ambition
I didn't know SA had wind effects. For weather there are tools for it that freeze it and such. Meanwhile, you can go and get the Admin Console AKA Control Center it has a freeze time option and the new version set to release today will have a freeze weather feature. spaceeinstein
GTA has wind since GTA3. Look at the palm trees sway with the weather. I think the winds are hardcoded.
MoeRonimoe
Yes in SA the planes move with the wind Would be cool if you can change it too very high Sorry that i can't say how to change, just wanted to say this
Lethal.Ambition
I know the trees swayed, but I mean it doesnt' affect gameplay. Like planes getting moved by it, or the waves or anything. The trees are just set to move. Aren't they?
JernejL
the wind in gta is just fictional, it doesn't affect anything but graphics.
