The rifle

does anyone actually use the rifle because i find it as useless. i mea no targeting and you have to be close up to pop people because the zoom isnt alot. I mean some people may find a use for it but i really find it as usless.

the rifle is a good way to practice headshots, i find it useful since i sometimes miss a dudes head wen i shoot wit a sniper, the rifle is strong to so its fun to cap people from a home like CJ's

Useless? I'm at the other end of the spectrum from you people because I find it one of the best guns in the game. I spend thousands of dollars at Ammunation on the Rifle and it's ammo.

 

It lets me snipe out tires, drivers and gas tanks without the annoying Sniper Rifle blackout mask layer. It also has a certain vintage to it that reminds me of something a psychotic teenager would use.

 

A hunting rifle is always my favourite weapon.

It's a hunting rifle. It won't have the aim of a M82 Sniper Rifle =P

 

I, personally, love it. Just because its a rifle with zoom. It's fun to snipe with it. Great for practice.

I love the Rifle in both (PS2, PC) versions, it's a weapon that takes more skill than other weapons to use. Very fun to snipe heads out in moving cars, pop tires on moving cars .

It's a very fun gun. it might not be the most effective but it is fun to use and can be good sometimes.

The bottom line here is that people who like using manual aim will probably find the rifle useful. Flip the coin and people who are all about auto aim are obviously going to dislike the rifle. I for one, feel that the rifle serves its intended purposes just fine.

Good to RP a farmer, get the country suit then a rifle and then get a shotgun, hop in your tractor and go on a farmer rampage around the country
