muppetmaster Posted September 3, 2005 Share Posted September 3, 2005 Well, depending on whether you want to customise it, all you need to do is find the VC-MP server ini file in your GTA Vice City program folder. Find the password section in the file. Put a password in. (Otherwise it won't load) Learn the admin commands from the help file included. Find out your ip address, run the client and click run server. Then if you want to connect to your own server just connect to localhost or 127.0.0.1 as your ip.
