OCDee
hello hello. iam getting a PSP(hopefully, im not saying, but i hope) to my brithday of thursday the 8 sept. its the only thing that i sat up on my "Whishlist" for my birthday, so i and i am getting Liberty City Stories also, but i am wondering one thing. is it really worth it? as i am a Gamingmonster, and fan of many of Rockstar's Games, i got the WHOLE GTA Series LEGAL! (im very proud of myself there), i have bought every game, i didn't download the free stuff either. so i hope that Liberty City Stories will still amuze me.(as any gta game), but don't take me for a fool, i am not one of those braindead zombies who buys anything that rockstar publish. the game needs quality, i hope that LCS does that, as i loved LC more than any other town or city in any other gta game. i hope that Radio stations will still be included as always, maybe some New One who talk about Flashback or Game Radio, as i loved Game Radio more than Radio Los Santos. cheers. viniciusdcs
Yes its worth buying a PSP its amazing, they have great games coming out like LCS and others it also has other great features like; play MP3, play videos, view photos and a web browser plus the graphics for games are great. For more information on GTA Liberty City Stories go to the topic GTA LCS FAQ or www.gtaportable.com
DeAnO_GTA~MaStEr
I'm sure you won't be disappointed with LCS or the PSP for that matter, all the media and feature info on LCS look and sound very promising. I'm sure Rockstar won't be letting down the GTA fans. As for the Radio stations they are going to be included, as always. Three of them were disclosed in a fairly recent review in the PSM2 UK, they are; LIPS 106, Head Radio and Double Cleff. Also, there has been unconfirmed information on the primary musical theme of the game being classical rock, but like I said that is unconfirmed. To re-assure yourself on getting Liberty City Stories, read the GTA LCS FAQ. Edited September 3, 2005 by DeAnO_GTA~MaStEr

Rob.
In the long run its definantly worth buying a PSP, remeber R* are treating this as a completly new console meaning LCS won't be a one off for the PSP. Anyone fancy revisiting Vice City in the year 2000?
Raptomex
My birthday is Sept 8 too lol. I'm getting a PSP just for this game.
K^2
PSP is worth the money even if there was no GTA game coming out for it. With the LCS, how can anyone even doubt that it is worth it? I'm getting a PSP just for this game. exatly the same here, if im not getting it in a gift, im buying it . i got 2,5 k for it( as it cost that much here), but its not dollars or euro's- the Norwegian Kroner is about ... hm.... well, 1 American Dollar is about 6-7 Norwegian Kroner. you do the math, and raptomex, what year are you born? K^2
That is still very expensive. I got my PSP for $250 USD. Though, I have heard that a lot of electronics is more expensive in Europe, and espetially Norway. Prior to filing a bug against any of my code, please consider this response to common concerns. K^2
I wonder if PSP firmware has built in driver for USB keyboard. I think I have a copy of 1.0 firmware somewhere on my HDD. I should look through it. Prior to filing a bug against any of my code, please consider this response to common concerns.
Rob.
I got firmwire 2.0 with my PSP its really useful, it comes with the web browser and a load of extra features, you also get the chance to win a copy of spiderman 2 on UMD for free if you send off your details quick enough. To be honest though LCS will be the biggest game for Sony and thier PSP, i really can't see it getting much better
Brother Marcus
What are the graphics really like on a PSP? Judging by the screenshots of games currently available they don't look that great but people tell me that the graphics look close to the PS2 when you actually see the real thing. I'd get a PSP just for this game, but I'm thinking is it worth it too. Whats going to be so good about Liberty Stories? Are we going to see anything that we haven't before? The missions are smaller, the cutscenes are shorter, the graphics will be worse than GTA:3 on the PS2 (since then we've had better GTAs like Vice City and San Andreas). The one great thing about the GTA series is that you bought the new releases because you were going to get something that you hadn't seen before in the prevous games. I think people will buy this game and be bored of it straight away. Edited September 9, 2005 by Brother Marcus
Canoxa
hello hello. iam getting a PSP(hopefully, im not saying, but i hope) but don't take me for a fool, i am not one of those braindead zombies who buys anything that rockstar publish. You are contradicting yourself in those two situation. If you are getting the PSP, you are not hopefully, you have either the money or guarantee. Also, how aren't you a braindead zombie that buys anything Rockstar publishes, if you just said you wanted the PSP for that game? I want the PSP, but not jsut for the GTA. Brother Marcus
I think it mad of people just getting it to play lcs im thinking of getting one, not just for lcs but for other games too. what I mean by that is I don't think there is a game on the PSP yet for me to get it. I wouldn't buy a PSP and just get GTA: LBS on it's own. I'd get at least five games for it. But there isn't a game out yet for me wanting to buy the console except Ridge Racer. It was exactly the same for the PS1, I bought that after playing GTA: 1 and Destruction Derby 2. I also bought the PS2 simply because of GTA: 3. But I ended up getting over 20 games for each console. I wouldn't want to watch a DVD on a tiny screen or use the other features that the PSP has.
