Maximum health

Normally, I thought you'd have your maximum health bar when you do paramedic level 12. I did that in the beginning of the game. Now I'm at the end, taking over enemy territories. Now, I recieved a message that my healthbar has upgraded?

 

So how many upgrades are there?

You health upgrades avery certain amount of time you don't die (if that makes any sense). Your health bars maximum is when it reached the end of the weapon icon...

but it already reached the end of the weapon icon a long time ago? I don't see any differance between now & before.

 

Also, my total respect is maximized, but I keep on gaining respect? When I get new respect, they show my respect bar going true the roof. Afterwards, it returns to normal again.

did u use codes to get your health and respect that hight (Cheat divice or button cheats dont matter) some times they will make that affect on the game ..

nah dont fink so, my respects that far out as well. i fink the ambulance missons give u %50 more health not full? just like the police ones give u %50 amour.

Yesterday, I encountered an other strange thing:

As you can see, the cop's car is empty, but still driving I recruted some gang members & I assume they shot him, but the game still thinks he was alive. Rather funny actually
