Hey everyone I saw the heavy metal topic and I was like "man, wish there was a topic I could discuss music that I liked in with more people!"

 

I mean I like some of that heavy stuff, but not all that "beat your mother kill your sister, RAH, beat your mother!" music.

 

Naw naw, I like hip hop and rap and really any genre of music that pushes us in the right direction.

 

So this topic is for discussing hip hop.

 

So to the music fans at GTAF, who's your favorite artist in these urban formats, and why? Is it an r&b singer? A rapper? I flowing harmonizer? What do you dig most and why?

On Topic: I'm not into hip hop in the mainstream sense or the underground sense. I was a hardcore fan a couple months ago but it all started sounding the same to me.

 

That's when I started getting into other branches of music such as reggae. Reggae's some good sh*t. Not so much today's reggae as it's dance hall reggae but the 70s and 80s reggae is some good stuff.
