Hanney Posted September 2, 2005 Share Posted September 2, 2005 When ever i open up the VC-MP client and click on start server no black window opens up saying the status of my server when i click on it its like nothing happens! the only way i can fix this is by deleting vcmp folders and contents and re installing but after a while it does it again the window wont open! Statico Posted September 2, 2005 Share Posted September 2, 2005 Sometime Windows XP has a problem with command line programs. I'm not sure what the parameter is for choosing what ini file to load, but try launching it from command prompt. Start > Run > cmd Then type "C:\Program Files/../../vcmp-svr.exe" Then the parameter for the ini file. See if it launches that way and stays open.
