change GTA SA map, please help.

hello all,

 

I want to change the map in GTA san andreas,

the general map in the main menu of the game.

the original map is very low quality and i hate low quality!!!!

 

WHICH TXD FILE CONTAINS THE DATA?

I'm pretty sure it uses the 100 and some radar files, but I haven't really checked on that yet. I'm pretty sure though.

It's either the frontend1.txd or frontend2.txd. It is split up into I think around 10/20 textures.

you both right,

there is a mop in fronten2.txd with is the overview option, not what i need.

and the large map is created by ~140 parts witch is way over my head to

modify.

 

if some one want's to take the challenge it will be wonderful.
