ptloff38 Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 Decided to reinstall Vice City after completing SA. (Always liked the look of VC). Anyway, after 4 attempts to install it, I continuously get this error message. Ive re-booted, shut down all other programs, etc...Have had it installed on this exact system not more that a year ago. Please help. Win XP 504 MB Ram 2.5 GHZ Radeon 9200 Error Message: Component GTA: Vice City File Group: App Executables File: E:\data2.cab Error: The system cannot find the file specified I think this is crazy, because its on the install disk.....
