Glorified expansion pack

Recommended Posts

Any self respecting GTA fan will have surely explored every nook and cranny of Liberty City several times over. Okay, so this time you can do it on a handheld and ride a motorbike, but as half the fun of the GTAs is exploring, Liberty City Stories looks like anything but a "must have" purchase.

*sigh*

But I will no doubt have to check it out sometime... such is the grasp the series has on me. But not until the PSP is reduced to around £100.00 and LCS is available pre-owned at about 20 quid. biggrin.gif

King of Liberty City
ur gonna be waiting a long time if u want a psp for 100 euros......ur a jack ass

On the contrary, it is you who is the jack ass, as you cannot grasp the idea of grammar and proper puncuation. Please leave.

I agree, guv. I already own GTA III, but no PSP, and I don't intend to waste my hard earned cash on something I basically have on a better console, on a bigger screen.

Hey, if Rockstar wanted to release a $50 expansion pack of GTA3, I'd buy that too. After GTA3 came out, I pretty much only play GTA while waiting for the next one to come out, and only play other games multiplayer with friends.

There are tons of people on this site who have already logged hundreds of hours on GTA3, and that means hundreds of hours after you already memorized the entire map. So now we get bikes and new characters? Yes!!!

Yes, the "£" sign does indeed mean Pounds and not Euros.

As the PSP has launched at £180, I see no reason why it shouldn't be available at £100 within a year or so at selected outlets.

And what's with this Yankees fool? Obviously constructive conversation is beyond him, so perhaps he would find himself more at home in a forum especially set aside for childish nutters such as himself.

He can't insult your inteligence. You have shown absolute lack of it when you couldn't tell between Euros and Pounds. Can't insult something that isn't there.

I think its gonna take a long time until the PSP's price goes down.

Yankees all that discusion started because you called the topic starter a jack ass only because he said that he was gonna wait until the PSP's price goes down.

Even if it was Euros you still dont need to call him a jack ass because of that, You dont know about his life or if he has financial problems or something

Be quiet, you cant even spell f**king right, its got a g in it idiot. One spelling mistake isnt the same as about 20 words like u (you). Oh and there's such a thing as capital letters.

Its more like me>you.

yes but it will be people like you (not saying that YOU personally will be asking) that will be asking in a few months time 'How did this happen?' , 'how did that happen?' all of which would have been answered in LCS ig you had bought it.

The fact it's in an old city doesn't bother me at all, Apart from it being in an old city the game is completely different; Dif storyline, charactors etc. That's why i'm buying it.

But i'm saying these as a person who hasn't played gta3 since like 2002. So it will be cool to see it again on a console where you can move the camera around the player turn.gif

You can't even set the encoding straight, to properly display the pound symbol, and you go on calling people names? Sure that takes a lot of smarts. Learn to use a computer, then come back to on-line forums.

Glorified expansion pack? This will be the first portable GTA game on 3D! The only thing I don't like is the price of the PSP, that I can't deal with.

I agree this will be fantastic - especially for those who have never owned the game on PS2, PC or Xbox, and those like Kippers who haven't played GTA3 for a few years. As I said in my first post, I will end up getting it one day - I'm far too much of a GTA nut not to.

I still play GTA3 on the Xbox every week, so I'm still very familiar with how Liberty City looks. It's stunning on Xbox, too.

It'll also be fun for people like me, who own a PSP, and having the GTA III in 5th grade, I never even bothered to get past Joey's missions. I'm still in Portland. Maybe I should get a little farther while I wait for LCS...
