New Game Idea

Scrag here, I think an awesome idea would be to change san andreas into a massive texas area with new storyline, Leatherface chasing you, chainsaws, sledgehammers, crazy rednecks. o man this would ROCK! but i need help getting started so any ideas write them here. Thanks. (I have no idea how to mod so that could help too.) This picture should give you some ideas!

then you don't have time to make the type of post you made up top. Who is that man in your avatar? Is that a serial killer?

 

I personally thought that picture was cool looking and mike up there was rude as hell to say that, specially since this idea was finally fading to the bottom.

I don't really like your idea that much. You could do many more better amzing thing with San Andreas

true that. But stick around guy, start playing with the game and make some mods for a while. If you have previous knowledge then you may even be able to start modeling your TCM game and then when you have some stuff to show, you can recruit a team and do it that way

Scrag here, I put GTA modder because im trying to learn by reading up & trying things out, you know to be a GTA modder, anyways i couldn't think of anything else. But i think everyones titles should be GTA modder i mean thats what we are here for. Also the man in my avatar isn't a serial killer. I'll let anyone guess who it is & what film there from. (Clue-THE FILM ROCKS!) Last of all yes there are plenty of other amazing ways to mod SA but i love the Texas Chainsaw movies they rock.

I gotta say, though, that I think you picked the wrong game I mean, sure, you can do a theme-mod but... How does Texas Chainsaw Massacre fit AT ALL to the gameplay in GTA?!? Nothing would work right holmes.

 

Maybe some inspired missions to add to SA, that'd be cool.

 

But if you'd really like a TCM game, why not look into game authoring programs? It's pretty much the same thing as GTA Modding, but more freedom to make whatever you want. Check out 3d Gamestudio A6 from Conitec, it's very fun! Its good to make demos easily too for preproduction!
