ajkhan316`
all the pictures in that folder are the ones you take with the camera found in the game. so if you want to take a picture, just point the camera at it and tak the shot. cameras are found in abundance all over San Andreas - FiJiAn 4 LiFe

Wolf68k
Though tis a lot easier to just hit Print screen, or press F10 if you have Fraps - GTAuron While I would agree that FRAPS is easier, using PrintScreen I wouldn't completely agree with being easier. PrintScreen as it's ups and downs. If you want a screenshot that is how you see it in the game with the hud and everything, then yes PrintScreen (or FRAPS) is the way to go. However with PrintScreen you have to then ALT+TAB out of the game, go to Paint (or other image editting program) and paste then save it to file BEFORE you can take another screen shot...so if you wanted to take a bunch of shots one after the other and still want the HUD then FRAPS is the way to go. Now if you wanted screenshots without the HUD and taking more than one shot, plus maybe you want a pic of something that isn't right in front of you, then the ingame camera is great for this. Ok yes you could go and remove the hud and map and all of that for PrintScreen and FRAPS but it's still more work than the ingame camera. Also with FRAPS I know that with the trial version when recording video it leaves a watermark of sorts in the video, I'm not sure if it does that with screenshots or not...I've got the paid version and I've never really tried the trial version.
