does the one released before the drama have hot coffee on it???

yes it does, but to enable it, you need to use ARmax or install the mod.

They added Hot Coffee in? I was under the impression they took the coding out for the new version. It would make more sense, because at least then they could still slap the "M" rating on it.

Goddamnitsonofabitch I'm so sick of these topics

Ok, they have a version with the Hot Coffee code intact still for sale but under the AO rating(obvious news). They are also putting out a version without the Hot Coffee crap so the game can remain under the coveted M rating(again, should be obvious and well known by know)

And if I am mistaken someone please correct me.

And I apologize for my tone as this may seem offensive. All of this stupid crap about Hot Coffee is giving me a permanent headache. So again, I apologize. Nothing personal; I'm just sick to death of all this talk about Hot Coffee, and I'm sure many (if not all) of the Mods here are sick of it as well suicidal.gif

I'm a electronics retailer and I only know about a (M) rated version with no "hot coffee" where did you hear about a (AO) game coming out? I searched and only got info on the triple pack with a mature rating.

OK, I mean no offense so don't take this literally, but do you like live under a rock or something? It's the whole reason(besides JT) that GTA:SA fans were complaining. JT(Jack Thompson) foced the ESRB to re-rate the game as AO after all that head-splitting crap with Hot Coffee.

Major retailers(i.e. Wal-Mart, Target, Shopko, ect..) wouldn't sell the AO game(since an AO rated game is almost always associated with sex and nudity and that crap). Not wanting to lose business with the major retailers, and wanting to be able to sell the game under a less provacative rating, Rockstar redid the game and removed(or completely disabled or something of that effect) the Hot Coffee so the game could be sold under the M rating again.

Does that clear it up a little for you?

And again, if I am mistaken would someone please let me know and correct me.
