What will happen if you install mods like new cars into the game and you try and use them online? Will they just appear to be normal to everyone else or not exist at all for any1 else?

most likely u will need a clean version of san andreas to be able to install/launch/play sa-mp... I highly doubt the team will include other mod features in there mod (if you know wat i mean)

Unless... they make cheat coding for server owners to protect different files instead of the original ones, making others not connect unless they have the same file. It could work.

or like many games that are meant for online play, they have a file redirect or something, to download any files that are needed, but not present
