Wolf68k
Whatever you do, do not tell us what your system specs are, more so what GFX card you have. None of this can help us to solve your problem.

Edwards
I wouldn't be surprised if it were just dying. My old 9000 (same thing as a 9200 except with AGP 4x instead of 8x) had the same problem, polygons were showing up in the wrong place. My solution? Toss the 9000 in a drawer somewhere and go buy a 9600XT. Your mileage may vary. sysnode.org
