how does the server list work on the main page, is it like on gtat server list. does it detect severs with having to add them

Right now server list doesn't work, and lets hope its gonna get fixed as soon as possible since its very important feature of vc-mp.

 

If u wanna add your server all that u need to do is-> open "vanilla" or "nvs" ini file in your vcmp folder, than find the line --> "Report to master server", its need to be set to true, than below specify name of your server.

I agree it's very important to have a working server list for VC-MP. I still prefer using the VC-MP browser from 0.1a it's just heaps reliable, but sadly I'm guessing that's being discontinued now after the release of 0.1b. I hope it doesn't, I'd prefer that much more then having to check the webpage every time.

as Bob_TDH said you specify the options in the ini. Then the server sends the data to the master list which updates the page. But it's not working at the moment.

do we have an eta on when it will be working?

its still showing the mEr server as a 20 player server. it aint its 24!!

that and i think little whitey's server will be made by default the most popular server cos peeps will see that and think they have the most players

also tried to create own server....and successfully! but now i too saw this problem with the masterserver...does anybody know how long this problem is going to last

 

no wonder theres only like 15 servers which is obviously not enough for such a cool beta
