Need Help with the Train

i am running a few car mods and the petrol mod by csa, and im also using a realistic car speed mod.

 

my problem is that the brown streak train only does 15mph top using the analogue speedo and down hill about 28mph now i know for a fact that the train can do about 140mph before drailing is there some way i can increase this speed?, and maybe increase the speed before derailing?
