Like GIF Images I Think. Well yeah... just look at the mini games. But you'd have to make a new .BMP for each frame of the GIF, since GTA uses GIF and you'd probably have to do a bit of coding. Anyway, no movie or animated image types are natively supported (no giv, no avi, no mpg etc).
