anti cheating

there should be an option in the .ini that allows cheating if you want it, like when i make a server for my friends i want cheating to be accepted. just an idea;)

i had words with Luke concerning that matter and he hinted there will be another release in the very near future which will allow for that (ie: no crc, also the one which i believe will be used for LC-MP)..

By cheating I think what they're actually meaning is without the CRC checks, so mods like GTA:LC and Myriad stand a chance of working.

Just out of interest instead of doing this non crc thing for these mods, how much work would be required to alter the vc:mp for the 1 or 2 most popular mods which also contain crc checks or whatever the anti cheat thing does.

I would think that the version that supports GTA:LC which is coming apparently later this week, will have some kind of option like that, which allows the GTA:LC changes.
