External Script issue

/Pavel/

Recommended Posts

I've just wanted to add another ex.script to my mod and it just won't work mad.gif . I've already successfully added three ex.scripts and now this fourth one gives me a lot of trouble.

First it doesn't pass the status check (if ex_script_status == 0), like it's already running, but it's not, then when I delete that check game freezes, but doesn't crash, it acts like a loop without a wait command, but I've checked the script an no wait command is missing. blink.gif

So, I think the limit of ex.script is 82 of them...confused.gif Noooo! cry.gif Please tell me I'm wrong. If it's true then... I'll go crazy. angry.gif .Where am I gonna write the script I need? whatsthat.gif

Please share your experience with ex.scripts. Have anyone managed to add more that three ex.scripts?

Did you try the SCM debug? Just to make sure?

Oh. Then delete unused external scripts, like GF_SEX and HOME_BRAINS.

@CyQ: For us mortals, you should sh*t down and make a pinned thread or a post in a pinned topic outlining all such things. Because of you, I used to know things like max parked cars in 3/VC and such, but have since forgotten. Things like that. I know it would help a lot of people.
