{hLk}Jackrabbit Posted August 28, 2005 Share Posted August 28, 2005 After I load any server all the way and try to connect, it gives me the error: "CRC32 checksum failed: 'data/weapon.dat' " I checked G:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto Vice City/data/ , and the file was there called weapon.dat (7kb). Demarest Posted August 28, 2005 Share Posted August 28, 2005 Vice City doesn't connect to servers. You must be talking about MTA. Did you ask them? Or are you talking about VC-MP? Because they have their own forum, ya know. They put in checksum checks to prevent people from cheating by using modded game.
