Radio Stations playing from CD image

I'm trying to replace ESPANTOSO radio station with another .adf file, or any radio station for that matter on my hard drive, but it still plays the old radio station. (It is apparently still playing from the CD instead of off the hard drive).

 

In this case, how would I make my GTA Vice City play the radio stations from the hard drive instead of the CD? What's the point of having the stations on my HD if I can't play them from it?

 

Is there any way I can FORCE the program to play the stations from the hard drive? Maybe by editing a file or something? FYI: I am replacing the old station with a new station with the same filename as the old station.

 

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how would I fix it?
