I almost can't believe how one doesn't stumble over all the FAQ's telling about the many off-story-missions you have to accomplish to get 100%.

 

Look for lists that tell you what you have to do to get 100%. There are also some missions/challenges that you don't have to do for 100%, but I did them to get the highscore entry in the stats.

Take a look at this. Look at what you haven't done. (Vigilante, Firefighter, Oysters, tags, chilliad challenge, gym moves etc).

No. But I'm the person who went through the main.scm code to find out exactly what's required to get 100%. And using that information I made this list. If you do only the required objectives, you will end up with 45.45%.

There are many things besides the story-line missions, to know what you have to do to get 100% check the 100% checklist Topic in a stick right above this forum, but I tell you some things that you have to do Firefight, vigilante, taxi-missions, freight-missions, pimpimg, and ambulance, tags, oysters and many may things.
