Note: After Freefall you recieved a call from Tenpenny. This lets you know that you can do the High Noon mission. During High Noon CJ killed Pulaskiand after it you recieved a phone call from Rosenberg. This lets you know that you can do the St Marks Bistro mission. During the intro for St Marks Bistro you let Maccer, Rosenberg and the other one (the one with the masturbation problem ) escape.
