Â but this is how it is in florida: Â 15 - Learners Permit 16-17 - if you had learners permit for a year you can get licence 18+ - can get licence no matter what. (and all of the rules of the provisional license too) 17 - provisional License ... Can't get caught driving from midnight - 6 AM unless u can prove its for your job, can only have 1 person in the car with u that doesnt live in ur house (for example u can have 2 of ur brothers and 1 friend in the car and thats fine....but haveing 2 friends in the car isn't OK....) 18 - Full Driver's License  no idea about detroit... y do u need to kno? Awww thanks Cowyawfee but honestly a ton of people who do the same as me so don't point me out like im the only one. Â Compaired to most people I know im "responsible" when I drive and don't swerve all over the road or go a 100 kph on twist roads.
