gta3.img is a HUGE file. Not many people will bother to upload or sent it. Why can't you just re instal (let me guess, you lost the disk/are lending it to a friend/are using an illegal no cd crack and don't own the disk )

My origanal gta: san andreas (that i bought) is corrupt some of the pedestrians are all white and i have treid to reinstall it several times but it doesnt seem to help. I would appreciated any help or advice

Did they ever work. If they have never worked then it's probably your PC and not the game.

I thought that was the case as well so i tried switching grafic cards back to my old one. also tried downloading new drivers still the same thing. so im guessing some of the pedestrian texure files are corrupt.

No one is going to upload a 300MB file, your best bet is to either try outdated video drivers, or just reinstall, backing up all of your saves.

Then I'd suggest contacting the store you bought it from and request a replacement copy. In the meantime this topic is getting locked due to the obvious implication that you don't own the game.
