That site credits the author as Super Guns, but that's the name of the mod. Which tells me that they must not have known who the author was. At any rate, it's upload date is 23 Aug and your release thread is 21 Aug. Pretty open and shut assuming all the values are changed identically. I've never known that site to willfully rip anybody off, so if you contact them and point it out, I'm sure it will be resolved without any need for violence or hostility.
