Is'nt it possible to replace it without starting all over......rember hot coffee their were a few versions released and one you didn't have to start a new game. I'm not familiar with the internals of it, but I'm pretty sure that SA's normal Hot Coffee routine is an external thread. Externals and missions can be modded and you don't need to start a new game. Mods that alter the MAIN section are almost certain to require you to start a new game. I'll let Opius comment for sure, but I would think that SANGA would not be Darkpactable. @camsta: If space would release the various sources he added to it, most of it WOULD be Darkpactable.
