The only way I could see this working is if they did it in CG. It would be awesome seeing the MJOLNIR armor at it's top graphical prime. When I picture the armor in real time I see some cheap ass fiber glass suit: (not so cheap btw.) Apposed to CG: (bad example.. Picture that but, Final Fantasy: Spirits Within quality) Oh well. Infact it's story is better than alot of games. That's what I was going to post. Each of the three books was well written, and demonstrate that the HALO universe can expand as deep as it wants to. They could make a couple of movies out of the stuff that was in the games alone. But like Hunter said, the armor looks cheesey. It definitely is at "Halloween/cosplay geek" on a scale of "Walgreens Costume" to "Movie-Caliber". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However doing a Halo movie in CG isn't a bad idea at all. Maybe the people who decide to make it could stay very close to the story say as close as the people working on Sin City did. If they did that then that would be one hell of a movie. It would be just like watching game without playing it. GTA3Freak-2001 Posted August 27, 2005 Share Posted August 27, 2005 Its like Doom, the novels that were written were extremly deep and quite A-grade Sci-Fi. Yet they are going to butcher it witha movie starring the rock. As for Halo meh the story isn't that innovative, just your usual sci-fi which technially could translate easily into film but somehow a live action version will spoil it. Go the CGI!
