Dr. Stupid
Does anybody watch this show on a semi-regular basis, like me? 'Tis a great show. My favorite episodes are "The Benadryl Brownie" and "The Nanny". Discuss. That is all.
Enano
That show is the best, Larry King is hilarious, and so neurotic. For those who haven't seen it, Larry King is a neurotic, stressed, racist, jewish, white, rich, crazy guy. The series has no script, they just plan the wait it is, and everything else is pretty much spontaneous. And Larry was the producer in Seinfeld in case you didn't know. Smurf You
Picture Larry David as George Costanza with more friends and more awkward situations. CYE isn't as fast-paced as Seinfeld, nor is the dialogue as sharp but it's very funny if you can wait a little longer for the joke.
Dr. Stupid
I agree. Larry David is also very insensitive. Also, like every character on the show, has the mouth of a sailor. So you know it's on HBO. I love it's music, too. That is all.
Dublo 7
I've caught a few episodes on the comedy channel here, they were all hilarious. The DVDs were just cut down to half price, so I will probably go buy them soon.
cice
Larry David is awesome. The show is great, but I don't get to watch it much anymore.
Reincarnated
I always wanted to see that George episode, when George (from seinfield explains how everyone doesn't respect him or take him seriously, lol).
Smashdamit
This show is a great pick up for Seinfeld fans since Larry David IS George Costanza. :furious: I can't beleive how much they want for this show on DVD.
quackaddict
Yeah, I've got the first three seasons on DVD. Expensive, but worth it imho. I love Larry David's sense of humor. Jeff's wife is f*cking downright hilarious, too (once you get used to her). I'd have to say that "The Doll" episode f*cking rocked outrageously. Great show. Can't wait to pick up the 4th on DVD. jimmy.
Curb Your Enthusiasm is one of my favorite shows. Glad to hear it's coming back. It's incredible that most of the scenes are unscripted, yet it's still really funny. It does get a little old once in a while since the show revolves entirely around one character, though. Magephil
Seen an episode or two. Pretty funny, but, as others have said, very differently paced than seinfeld. It's a lot like a high-brow canadian comedy. (See "The Newsroom" and "Trailer Park Boys")
MrLorenzo
I watch it every so often. It's one of those shows that I know is funny, but don't like to watch too often. No, I don't get it either...
