Gameplay problems

I am using the PC version with XP SP2

When playing the game CJ is always walking--when i activate forward(W) he runs--when I activate back (S) he stops---he does not back up.

Another problem is when CJ goes into his garage he walks to the back of the garage and nothing I do will make him turn around and come out, so I cant park a car in the garage and leave it there---are these bugs or is this the way the game plays?

 

one other question how are saves done---sometime when CJ goes into his house the save Icon isn't there--what triggers it?

Have you got any gamepads connected to your PC? Also check your control config and see if there's any problems or just restore the defaults.

 

For the saving part, the save icon will only appear when your not on a mission.

Yes, and if you haven't set up your controls to valuable extents, and it's still basically default, move that gta_sa.set file for a minute and start it up. You can find it in the documents in the SA user files folder. If it doesn't fix it, go ahead and overwrite the new one the gam creates witht he old one (to get your settings back)
