This way is the most thorough way to disable Hot Coffee without f*cking anything else up.

no way. not letting us load the models and animations?? WTF?! that's what i've been afraid of. i'm not about recreating hot coffee, but those animations would be useful in tons of situations. (just for a small example, kill a crackdealer who's having a blowjob in the park or something).

Which would then start this whole fiasco over again...

why? i thought the esrb didn't care about killing people, so killing someone in the park wouldn't really make them think of sa as a "dangerous game".

afterall, they are right: killing people reduces the amount of humans, making love increases it. so yeah, sex definietly is more dangerous than violence.

I don't know if someone knows about programming and wants to analyze anything I could copy and send them, but, with the original installation, no mods, and the patch, besides the game taking scads of times to try to get it started before it plays, C.J. just took Michelle home from a date and she gave him oral sex on the sidewalk. I didn't think that was supposed to happen unless you used the Coffee mod. All I knew to do was make a sceenshot of it.

 

Otherwise, when she asks him inside for coffee, I have C.J. say, "No" so the game won't freeze like it did before.

No, I don't really care less about using the hotcoffee mod at all but they didn't fix the EAX / audio accelleration problem so I won't bother with 1.01 at all since the other patches are really minor.

If Rockstar wants anyone to patch out the sex games, they're going to have to give people a better patch. The few bugs addressed aren't worth the trouble of uninstalling the game, reinstalling the game, and then applying the patch. Even then, you can end up with new bugs!!!

 

They can do better than this.

i downloaded this patch, using it for 2 weeks, then reinstall sa without patch..... its no big deal, we all dont care much about hotcoffee, but only thing im interested in is that car clean things, but after i know that car clean ONLY work on FX setting abouve med, im pissing off damn! i got a crap g5600 128mb card, and if i set FX to med or above, game lag 2 death!(even if i change resolution 2 640x480x32) my only hope is the next patch can make the game runs better......

 

 

and yeah, fix that damn fps limited!(ytf ps2 and xbox got 30 fps and pc just got 25?????)

I am pretty sure the PS2 versions ran at 25FPs too.

Yeah the PS2 was low, in fact im sure it went right down lower than that quite frequently, and especially when NOS is on. The only reason I installed the patch is because the motion blur was made better.

Basically politicians should keep out of the mass media, they have no place dictating anything in the entertainment industry.

I say to rockstar, stick to your guns this is a MOD (revealing content that was left on the dvd but not accessable in normal gameplay) that the user actually has to install themselves. This was something that has been totally blown out of all proportion.

 

if nothing else, this hype and fuss to get it removed is more of an incentive for me to use the hot coffee mod than make my game unable to run it!

Yep, me too. There aren't enough decent bug fixes or improvements to the game with the patch. And after collecting the 50 oysters it's kinda fun to get blowjobs and sex minigames every time CJ dates a girl

Another thing that annoys me over this whole "Hot Coffee" thing is it is only the governments of the so called "Free" democratic nations that claim to have high regard for freedom of Speech and expression that appear to be causing hassle over it.

 

The question I ask is Whose Freedom of speech/expression?

 

it is certainly not that of the individuals who are playing and enjoying this game.

 

the nomorehotcoffee patch is a violation of my individual rights! now who can I sue over that one....
