It will enable you to switch on and off all the cheats, spawn cars, edit your stats etc. There are go karts all over the place. The cheats are located in a pinned topic in the "CHEATS and Tricks" forum which can be found Here For maps and guides on getting 100% can be found at the top of this page ie.
