I think that because all the major games stores, Chips, Gamestations, Woolworths, Game, Virgin, HMV & WHSmiths all have a range of PSP release titles and none of them have GTA: Liberty City Stories as one of them. Also if the game was definately to be released on the 1st Sept, it would of been officially confirmed by now. Also every GTA game except London were released in October. Do you think someone is holding R* hostage, making them release all their GTA's primarily in October? NO. Who gives a crap if they release it in September, screw tradition, imagine how much better SA would have been if it wasnt rushed for an October release.
