If you're using PC, don't teleport there. Don't save before you're going to the Heli. If those don't fix the problem, I'm not sure what will... You could try using an airborne vehicle. Spuds725 Posted August 4, 2005 Share Posted August 4, 2005 The helis seem to not spawn if you approach too quickly or from a certain direction (on PS2)--- Go a few blocks away and come back it should be there... I do know that on PS2, if you load you game at the Hyman condo, and then go to the roof, its never there (at least on my game)-- evidently the game prioritizes what needs to be spawned, and the heli is a low priority.
