simps Posted August 4, 2005 Share Posted August 4, 2005 There's a Car Mods guide. The mod shop is called Wheel Arch Angels. To unlock it, you will need to complete driving school with all bronze or higher, buy Wang Cars/Autos, and do the first mission which will be located at your garage in Doherty, SF. After that, the mod shop will be unlocked but only certain cars can be modded there. Consult the guide to see which cars can be modded there.
